NW Kids Magazine seeks energetic and self-driven Ad Sales Manager to help grow our business. Work with local business owners, marketing directors, and area advertising agencies. Ideal candidate should be motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and possess both a warm and outgoing personality and professional demeanor. Must be able to prospect, make cold calls, develop new business while thriving in an informal, collaborative, and deadline driven environment.
This candidate will pitch a variety of advertising programs, which will include print display ads, digital products and events. Job functions/responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Minimum of 2 years in media sales, print and online ad sales experience preferred
- Proven new business development skills in a competitive marketplace
- An upbeat attitude and energetic with an aggressive approach to sales, devoted focus to customer service and a self starter
Work independently with flexible hours, from home. Ideal opportunity for someone who excels at marketing and promotion and is seeking a flexible, family-friendly work environment.
Qualifications:
- BA in Marketing or Business desirable
- Experience in online, print and event marketing
- Knowledge of and interest in the parenting local community and the businesses that serve them
