Are you looking for something fun to do as a family? How about archery?!?
Godown to Archers Afield on Friday, January 31st, and learn how to shoot archery with their certified instructors. All skill levels are welcome. They will have various sized targets at different distances to make it fun for everyone. Call the shop at 503-639-3553 and sign up today. $10 per person

Lunar New Year Celebration @ Washington Square
Ring in the Year of the Rat with traditional cultural performances, children’s entertainment and arts & crafts. Check out their website for tentative schedule of events. Free.

The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra – Oregon Symphony@ Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall
They’ll spirit the young audience away for a musical adventure inside the orchestra with Britten’s The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra. But they promise to bring them back with smiles on their faces!
This concert will also include video projections so kids can see the instruments up close while they listen and learn.
Kennedy Violins will be in the concert hall lobby starting at 1 pm for an Instrument Petting Zoo, which provides kids and the young at heart with a hands-on opportunity to try a variety of string instruments.
