Friday, January 24, 5-6 pm
KiLoFriDay Sing Along @ Mississippi Pizza
Portland children’s music superstars, Mr. Ben and Zazzy Zoe, join forces and become: KiLoFri (short for “Kind Loving Friends”)
Come sing your favorite songs with them and let yourself be swept away by the earnest adorableness of it all! And, oh yeah, your kids will have fun too!

Lunar New Year Dragon Dance Parade @ NW Davis St & 4th Ave
This celebration kicks off at NW Davis and 4th Avenue with fireworks and lion dances, then continues with a parade through Chinatown and downtown featuring a 100-foot dragon and more lion dances! It begins at 11:00 a.m. and ends at the Oregon Historical Society where activities will continue on throughout the afternoon ending at 3:30 p.m.
Saturday, January 25th, 6-9pm
Lunar New Year Celebration @ Keller Auditorium
Don’t miss this inaugural event at Keller Auditorium. 2020 will be the first time that the Lunar New Year celebration is held in Keller Auditorium. It is also the first time that multiple Asian communities will come together to celebrate the Lunar New Year. The performances include top level ballet professionals performing a national award-winning piece, a Chinese National Level face-changing performer, international Wushu champions performing their best routines, and a variety of culture performances by well-known groups and individuals. There will also be art exhibits by well-known visual artists and craft workshops by popular culture organizations.
Art and craft activities begin when doors open at 6 p.m. Performances begin at 7 p.m. and run through 9 p.m. $20-$50

You Who! Kid’s Rock Variety Show @ McMenamins Crystal Ballroom
Join the pajama party to celebrate McMenamins Crystal Ballroom’s 106th birthday! With performances by MarchFourth, Casey Neill and The Norway Rats, DJ Anjali, Ants Ants Ants and more! Doors open at 3pm for ballroom wide bhangra dancing, big wheel racing, art zone and hair dos & temporary colors by Rudy’s Barbershop. YOU WHO is a benefit for MyMusicRx, the “music medicine” program of Children’s Cancer Association who believe joy matters and music heals. YOU WHO made possible by a generous donation from McMenamins. Bring the family in your onesies or just wear your PJs! Food and drinks available.
