Kell’s St. Patrick’s Irish Festival
For the twenty-sixth year running, Kell’s Restaurant & Pub will be hosting their renowned St. Patrick’s Irish Festival this weekend. One of the largest St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in the northwest, Kell’s festival spans three days and hosts several awesome events you don’t want to miss. 76th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration
Celebrate this St. Patrick’s Day at the 76th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration, hosted by the All-Irish Cultural Society at the Ambridge Center. Expect a full-on, authentic Irish celebration, complete with bagpipes, Irish drums, sing-alongs and step dancers. The kiddos will be treated to face painting, a coloring contest and a professional puppet show. And what St. Paddy’s Day celebration would be complete without a traditional Irish dinner?? Sellwood-Moreland St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival
From its humble beginnings fourteen years ago, the Sellwood-Moreland St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival has grown into just that….a festival! Come out this Saturday and celebrate the Irish way with the good people of the Sellwood-Moreland community. Festivities will kick off with a parade led by the Sellwood Middle School Marching Band, and after the parade an old-fashioned carnival will be in full swing under the tent. Dance to a lively Irish band, drink Irish beers and eat delectable, traditional Irish foods like corned beef and cabbage and shepherd’s pie. Kids’ Concert Series
The Oregon Symphony presents their Kids’ Concert series, featuring shows that are designed to entertain you and your little music lovers. These entertaining and educational shows are only about an hour long—perfect for those pint-sized attention spans. This weekend’s show is called “Castles and Wizards”, and promises to take you away to a magical land filled with secrets from the king’s castle.
