Ingredients
- 2 slices of honey wheat bread (or other sweet bread of choice)
- 4 slices of Organic Prairie Bacon (cooked to your liking)
- 2-4 tablespoons of apricot jam
- 1-2 slices of Organic Valley American Singles
- 2 teaspoons Organic Valley Cultured Butter
Directions
Spread apricot jam on the inside of both slices of bread and place the Organic Valley American Singles and cooked Organic Prairie Bacon between. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwich in skillet until browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Cut and serve immediately.
