Ingredients
- 2 slices organic sourdough bread
- 12 cloves garlic
- 4-6 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1-2 slices of Organic Valley American Singles
- 2 teaspoons Organic Valley Cultured Butter
Directions
Place garlic and olive oil in a small oven safe dish. Cover and bake for 20-30 minutes or until garlic is golden in color and soft. Puree in food processor until smooth.
Spread roasted garlic paste on the inside of one of the slices of bread and top with the Organic Valley America Singles, prosciutto and the other slice of bread. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and grill sandwich in skillet until browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Cut and serve immediately.
