We brought a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old to OMSI’s Dinosaur’s Unearthed exhibit, and they gave it four thumbs up. If you have a dinosaur lover or geology head in the family, it’s definitely a can’t miss experience. Our kids rounded up the top 5 things to see and do while you are there:
1. See dinosaur poop. This was number one for a reason. Don’t be surprised.
2. You can be a paleontologist and uncover a dinosaur with tools. Awesome.
3. Amazing selfie possibilities.
4. Feathered dinosaurs that look a little like your molting backyard chickens.
5. Getting smacked in the head with a T-rex tail. Maybe. If you are tall and if you are lucky (they moved the rope now, so it doesn’t hit exhibit goers).
